The trial

The first 15 days on each Mac are free, with every feature and no watermark, no card and no sign-up. After the trial, opening, viewing and organizing stay available; saving a new file requires a plan.

The plans

Every license covers 2 Macs, except Business, which has one seat per Mac.

• Monthly and Yearly are subscriptions: they renew automatically at the end of each period, on the same card, until you cancel. Yearly can add extra Macs, also per year.
• Business is a yearly per-seat subscription (2 to 100 seats) with tiered pricing: the tier price applies to all seats.
• Lifetime is a one-time payment, not a subscription: the versions you received are yours forever, and updates arrive for 1 year from the purchase. After that the app keeps working, it just stops getting new versions.
• While a subscription is in good standing, you get every update.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel anytime in the subscription portal (in the app under Settings → License, or through the Recover License link). The subscription stops renewing and access continues until the end of the period you already paid for; nothing is charged after that.

Once the period ends, the app goes back to the expired-trial state: opening, viewing and organizing stay available, and saving a new file asks for the subscription again. The key is the same if you subscribe again.

If a renewal fails (card declined), Stripe retries for a few days before ending the subscription.

Refunds

Within 7 calendar days of the purchase or of the first subscription charge, we refund you — it is the withdrawal right in Brazil’s Consumer Code for online purchases. Write to support@pdfpack.app; no red tape.

After those 7 days, cancelling a subscription stops future charges, but the period already paid is not partially refunded.

A chargeback through your card, without talking to us first, may lead to the key being revoked.

What you may do

Use the app for any purpose, personal or professional, on the number of licensed Macs. What you may not do: redistribute the key or circumvent the licensing.

Digital signatures and documents

PDFPack produces PAdES signatures with the ICP-Brasil certificate you choose; a document’s legal validity also depends on the certificate, on who signs and on what the document says. Check the signed file in a validator (such as ITI’s) before sending it.

The app never changes the original file: every operation writes a new file. Still, keep a copy of important documents.

Warranties

The app is provided as is, within the limits consumer law allows. We work to fix defects quickly: the version history is public, on the website.

Law and venue

Brazilian law applies. Where the law so guarantees, the venue is that of your domicile.
